LEGO Shop will be having another double VIP points event on Sunday, December 21st. It seems like a good way for LEGO to clear their old stock. After the last event, many older sets have gone out of print.
There’s still deals to be had though. You can stack the double VIP points with several sets are currently discounted by 20% if they’re still available by Sunday. These include The LEGO Movie Rescue Reinforcements (70813) for $55 & LEGO Star Wars HH-87 Starhopper (75024) for $32. The entire list of sale items can be found here .
Some new 2015 sets are also available including ones from LEGO City , LEGO Creator & LEGO Technic themes. LEGO Minecraft minifigure scale sets are worth considering since they’re getting harder to find and online only.
